ORDER:
The writ petition alleges inaction on the part of the appellate authority – respondent No.4 herein.
2. The averments in the affidavit state that the petitioner has filed an appeal on 30.05.2014 before respondent No.4 aggrieved by the orders of the Special Deputy Tahsildar in Inam Case AIP.No.2 of 2010 dated 18.03.2014.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, who has secured instructions in the matter, submits that the said appeal, before respondent No.4, has already been taken upon and is posted for hearing on 23.08.2014 and by order in Inam Appeal in Rc.No.4152/2014/C dated 04.08.2014 interim suspension of the impugned order is already granted.
In view of that, the grievance of the petitioner does not any more survive, hence, the writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
