O R D E R The petitioner and the respondent No.2 have filed a joint memo duly signed by them and their respective counsels. The joint memo reads as follows:
“ The petitioner and the respondent No.2 have compromised the matter. The petitioner has agreed for the withdrawal of the above criminal petition.
The respondent No.2 has agreed to accept the ‘B’ report filed by the respondent No.1 in Crime No.155/2015 and further agrees not to challenge the ‘B’ report before the trial court (8TH ACMM, Bengaluru).
WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed that in view of the compromise between the parties, the above criminal petition may be dismissed as withdrawn in the interest of justice and equity.”
The joint memo is taken on record.
2. In view of the said joint memo, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
