ORDER Petitioner has filed an application for grant of quarrying lease of building stone on 22.07.2016. His application was considered and rejected on 16.11.2016 by respondent No.4.
2. Mr. Ganapathy Bhat Vajralli, learned Advocate for petitioner and Mr. V.G.Bhanuprakash, learned AGA for respondents jointly submitted that this matter is covered by decision of this Court in W.P.No.49253/2017 decided on 13.04.2018 and this petition may be disposed of on similar terms.
3. Their submission is placed on record.
4. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the authorities concerned to consider and finally decide on the prayer of the writ petitioner for execution of the lease deed within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
No costs.
