THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks for a direction to respondent No.2-Tahsildar to depute Surveyor/s to measure petitioner’s land as requested by Asst. Executive Engineer (PWD) in his letters dated 22.08.2016 and 06.10.2017 vide Annexures D and G respectively within four weeks from the date of the order.
2. On perusal of the records, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction that the competent authority shall consider and decide the letters/representations dated 22.08.2016 and 06.10.2017 at Annexures – D and G, if not already decided, in accordance with law by a speaking order within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today. Ordered accordingly.
3. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
