. RESPONDENTS WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Sri V. Brahmaiah Chowdary, presented this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed here in the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 3 herein in not giving the custody of petitioner's minor daughter Kum. V. Sravanthi aged about 17 years, to the petitioner and not giving the details of the rescue home where -she was stationed nor the order of the competent court sending her to the said home as being illegal, arbitrary and is in negation of Article 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to handover the custody of Kum. V. Sravanthi to petitioner and report compliance in the interest of justice;
AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri V. Brahmaiah Chowdary, Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein returnable in six weeks to show cause as to why this writ petition should not be admitted in the circumstances set out in the petition and the affidavit filed in Writ Petition;
You viz;
1. The Secretary, Home Department, Govt of A.P., Secretariat Buildings, Hyderabad.
2. The Superintendent of Police, East Godavari District at Kakinada.
3. The Station House Officer, Karapa Police Station, at Karapa, East Godavari District.
4. Sri Gampala Veerababu, S/o. Tata Rao, R/o Siripuram village; Karapa Mandalam, East Godavari District.
are directed to show cause as to why in the circumstances set out in the petition and the affidavit filed therewith (copy enclosed) this writ petition should not be admitted.

ORDER:
Notice before admission returnable in six weeks.
The petitioner herein claims to be the father of one Vara Sravanthi, whose date of birth, according to the Secondary School Certificate issued to her by the Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, is recorded as 11-05-1997, and it appears that she got out of the home and went missing, hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint, which is registered as FIR No.46 of 2013 on 26-03-2014. The petitioner has clearly mentioned the name of the 4th respondent herein as the person responsible for taking away his daughter on his motorcycle.
The complaint in this writ petition is that, the Station House Officer, Karapa Police Station, East Godavari District and the Superintendent of Police, East Godavari District at Kakinada, are not disclosing information as to where his daughter has been lodged. Therefore, respondents 2 and 3 are directed to indicate the writ petitioner within one week from today information relating to the place where his daughter is staying.
Registry is directed to list this matter for consideration after six weeks.
