O R D E R In this matter, learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondents files a memo along with a communication dated 09.01.2019 received from 4th respondent – Thasildar, Bangalore South Taluk, Bengaluru wherein he would state that the Thasildar undertakes to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.03.2018 in accordance with law and complete the phodi work within six months.
By placing his submission on record, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
It is also made clear that if phodi work is not completed on or before 09.07.2019, it is open for the petitioner to approach contempt Court seeking appropriate action against the Tahasildar, Bengaluru South Taluk, Bengaluru, for non-compliance of undertaking given by him.
