Heard the learned counsel for the respondent. Perused the records.
The petitioner has sought to quash the proceedings in Crl. Misc. No.127/2015. The petition was filed on 02.12.2015. No stay was granted by this Court. In the meanwhile, the proceedings before the trial Court is going on and it is submitted that after arguments the matter is set down for final orders by the trial Court. In view of these facts, it is not appropriate to exercise the jurisdiction under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. at this stage. Hence, the petition is dismissed.
