ORDER Ms.Pradeepa, Adv. for Sri Chandranath Ariga K. Adv. for Petitioner Mr.A.K.Vasanth, AGA. for R1 The petitioner has challenged the Election Notice dated 17.05.2014 Annexure-J for the post of 'Adhayksha' and 'Upadhayksha' of Udupi Zilla Panchayat.
2. Mr.A.K.Vasanth, learned AGA submits that the said Election has already taken place long ago. Therefore, the petition becomes infructuous.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to oppose the statement of learned AGA.
4. The petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. No costs.
