…RESPONDENTS (BY SRI S.RACHAIAH, HCGP FOR R1; SRI/SMT.RAMA R.IYER, ADV. THIS CRIMINAL PETITION COMING ON FOR ADMISSION THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
O R D E R Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner in detail.
2. Perused the First Information Report and registration of the case by the police. There are certain allegations made in the complaint which attract the provisions invoked by the police. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the complainant has suppressed certain material which have been supplied by the petitioner to the police.
3. Under the above said circumstances, when the police are investigating the matter including the material submitted by the petitioner, it is too premature to interfere with such an investigation. Hence, I do not find any reason to quash the FIR. If any adverse report is filed by the police, petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same.
With these observations, petition is dismissed.
