2. Learned counsel for Respondent Nos.2 and 3 has filed a memo stating that the publication dated 22.08.2015 inviting request for proposal (through e-procurement) published in “Prajavani” daily news paper dated 23.08.2015 by the third respondent has been withdrawn and the writ petition has become infructuous and second the permission given by the first respondent illegally has also expired on 31.03.2016.
2. Memo is taken on record. In view of the memo, nothing survives for consideration. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as being infructuous.
