ORDER The defendant in O.S.No.150/2007 has come up in this writ petition challenging the impugned order dated 24.07.2014.
2. Today, the matter is posted before this Court for taking steps in respect of respondent No.2 for the fourth time.
3. The learned counsel for respondent No.1 submits that O.S.No.150/2007 on the file of the Prl. Civil Judge & JMFC, Puttur, D.K., is already disposed of on merits in the year 2015.
4. In that view of the matter, the present writ petition filed against the impugned order does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, the same is dismissed as having become infructuous.
