O R D E R None for the petitioner.

2. In these petitions under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has assailed the validity of the orders dated 13.01.2015 and 06.10.2015 passed by the 1st Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru.
3. When the matters were taken up for consideration today, learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the proceeding before the Family Court has been concluded and the matter has been fixed for pronouncement of judgment on 21.03.2019.
4. In view of the aforesaid submission, I am not inclined to adjudicate the validity of the orders impugned in these writ petitions. However, the writ petitions are disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to assail the same in an appeal, if he is aggrieved by the same.
Accordingly, the writ petitions are disposed of.
