SPP for R1 & R3; R2 served and unrepresented) This Criminal Petition is filed u/s.482 of Cr.P.C praying to quash the FIR in Criminal Case against the petitioners for the offences p/u/s 506, 504, 143, 144, 149, 447, 353 of IPC registered by respondent No.1 in Crime No.12/2014 of Yesalur P.S., Hassan District, on the basis of the complaint lodged by the 2nd respondent.
This Criminal petition coming on for Admission, this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R Learned counsel for the petitioners is present.
Perused the petition.
2. Petitioners have sought to quash the FIR in Crime No.12/2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 506, 504, 143, 144, 149, 447 and 353 of IPC.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Addl. SPP submits under instructions that after trial, the petitioners are acquitted of the above offences by judgment and order dated 20.08.2018 in C.C.No.98/2015 arising out of Crime No.12/2014.
Submission is placed on record.
In view of the above submission, nothing further survives for consideration in this petition. Accordingly, petition is dismissed.
