ORDER The plea of the petitioner is to direct the 2nd respondent to issue order of Grant, Certificate of Grant or Saguvali Chit in terms of Rule 108-D(3) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Rules, with respect to the schedule land.
2. The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has placed on record the communication made by the Tahsildar to the Assistant Commissioner dated 3-4-2017. In view of the same, petition is dismissed as being infructuous granting liberty to challenge the same in a manner known to law.
