The only prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide application for temporary injunction pending in Suit No.164 of 2018 instituted by the petitioners against the defendants.
Counsel for the petitioner admits that defendant No.1 has been served. The other defendant has not been served so far.
Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of by providing that as soon as the defendants are duly served, the court below shall endeavour to decide the injunction application by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments.
