ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner filed memo dated 11.11.2019 seeking to withdraw the above writ petition stating that the petitioner has got alternative remedy of filing application under Section 15 of the Karnataka Administrative Tribunal Act, as the petitioner is a government servant and by oversight, he has filed the present writ petition. It is prayed that the time spent before this Court may be ordered to be excluded by the Tribunal while counting the period of limitation in filing the application before the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal, Bengaluru.
2. The memo is placed on record.
3. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for, in accordance with law.
