ORDER Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the petition.
2. Petitioners have sought to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.223/2014 (PCR No.7899/2014) registered for offences punishable under Sections.420, 468, 471, 324, 506 read with 34 of IPC.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned SPP-II appearing for the respondent No.1 submits that on completion of investigation, ‘B’ report was submitted on 14/11/2014 and the same was accepted by the learned Magistrate on 28/12/2015.
4. In view of the above, nothing survives for consideration. Petition is accordingly dismissed.
