THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
O R D E R In pursuance of the oral direction issued by this Court today in the morning session, Sri Srikante Gowda, Sub-
Inspector of Police of Subramanyanagar Police Station is present before the Court. He submits through the learned Government Pleader that the petitioner has not lodged any complaint before the 7th respondent – Subramanyanagar Police Station till today.
2. The prayer sought in the present writ petition is to direct the 7th respondent to receive the complaint that petitioner is going to present before them and to register a case against Respondent Nos.1 to 6 and investigate the same.
3. Admittedly, in the present case till today, the petitioner has not lodged any complaint as per the statement made by the Sub-Inspector of Police of Respondent No.7 – Subramanyanagar Police Station. The Sub-Inspector of Police of Subramanyanagar Police Station also submits that that if any complaint is made making out a cognizable offence, definitely he will register the case in accordance with law.
4. The said submission is placed on record.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to lodge the complaint, if necessary in accordance with law.
