O R D E R Mr. Rangaswamy M. T., learned counsel for the petitioner.
Mr. B. Balakrishna, learned Additional Government Advocate for respondents.
2. The writ petition is admitted for hearing.
With consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the same is heard finally.
3. In this petition, the petitioner is seeking for a writ of mandamus to consider the representation dated 29.10.2018 vide Annexure-E.
4. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition be disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.4 to consider and decide the representation dated 29.10.2018 (Annexure-E) submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law.
5. On the other hand, learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondents submitted that suitable action shall be taken in accordance with law.
6. In view of the submissions made and in the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4 to consider and decide the representation dated 29.10.2018 in accordance with law by a speaking order within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
7. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
