.. RESPONDENTS This Miscellaneous First Appeal filed U/S 173(1) of MV ACT against the Judgment and Award dated 23.01.2013 passed in MVC No.2604/2009 on the file of the XVIII ADDL. JUDGE, COURT OF SMALL CAUSES, MEMBER, MACT-4, (SCCH-4), BANGALORE, awarding a compensation of Rs.4,38,000/- with interest @ 6% p.a. from the date of petition till its realization or deposit.
This Miscellaneous First Appeal is coming on for orders this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R The learned counsel for the appellant is granted four weeks time to take necessary steps, failing which, the appeal shall stand dismissed automatically without reference to the Court.
