ORDER The petitioner seeks for a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent no.2 to consider the representation dated 09.05.2014 and 28.11.2014, vide Annexures-D and E, respectively.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.2 submits that if a reasonable time is granted, the same will be considered in accordance with Law.
3. In view of the submission made, the writ petition is disposed off. The respondent no.2 is directed to consider the representation dated 09.05.2014 and 28.11.2014, vide Annexures - D and E, respectively and pass appropriate orders therein in accordance with Law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
