This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to quash the impugned suspension order dated 01.08.2017 (Annexure-E) passed by the respondent No.1 and direct the respondents to take back the petitioner forthwith to duty with all consequential benefits.
This Writ Petition coming on for Preliminary hearing in ‘B’ Group this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER Petitioner has assailed the order of suspension dated 01.08.2017-Annexure-E. During the pendency of the petition, respondents have proceeded to hold an enquiry and it was concluded in imposing certain penalty. Therefore, the present petition does not survive for consideration. If the concerned disciplinary authority/competent authority regulates the suspension period, he/she is permitted to regularize the suspension period and communicate the decision to the petitioner.
Accordingly, petition stands dismissed having become infructuous.
