This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to quash the entire Charge Sheet – Annexure – B filed by the respondent police in Crime No.348/2014 bearing C.C.No.4181/2015 for the alleged offences under Sections 448, 504, 506 read with 34 of IPC on the file of 44th A.C.M.M., Bengaluru.
This Criminal petition coming on for Admission, this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R Learned counsel for the petitioners’ files a memo seeking to withdraw the petition. Memo reads as under:
“The undersigned counsel for the petitioners most respectfully submits that in view of the settlement arrived between the parties, the complainant has withdrawn the case in C.C.No.4181/2015 before trial Court. Therefore, the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the case in the interest of justice and equity.”
Memo is placed on record.
In view of the said memo, petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
