ORDER The learned Government Pleader is directed to take notice for the respondents.
2. The petitioner seeks for a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent no.3 to implement the order dated 30.04.2015, vide Annexure-B.
3. The learned Government Pleader submits that if a reasonable time is granted, the same will be considered in accordance with Law.
4. In view of the submission made, the writ petitions are disposed off. The respondent no.3 is directed to implement the order dated 30.04.2015, vide Annexure- B and pass appropriate orders therein in accordance with Law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The learned Government Pleader is permitted to file memo of appearance within eight weeks.
