Heard learned counsel for the parties.
This writ petition is filed for not issuing the dispatch permits to the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has now produced a copy of the order dated 10.12.2014 passed by the Director of Mines and Geology for issuing the dispatch permits to the petitioner.
In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition which is accordingly disposed of. Miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
