ORDER Shri M.P.Srikanth, learned advocate for petitioner submits that petitioner had filed an Interlocutary application in MA(EAT) No.5/2017 before IX Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru, seeking stay of “oral termination”. The said application has been rejected by the Appellate Tribunal by order dated 15.12.2017. Challenging the said order, petitioner has filed this writ petition.
2. This Court, on 19.02.2019, has recorded the submission of learned Senior advocate appearing for the respondent-Institution that petitioner was not orally informed about any termination. The said submission has been placed on record. Petitioner has been granted liberty to join services in the respondent-Institution. In view of the above, this petition does not survive any further and it is accordingly disposed of.
As prayed for, Educational Appellate Tribunal is directed to expedite the disposal of the appeal.
No costs.
