Prathima Honnapura, AGA for R1 to R3; Sri H.V. Devaraju, Advocate for R7) These Writ Petitions are filed under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of mandamus or similar writ or order by directing the respondent Nos.1 to 4 consider representation dated 08.11.2013 given by the petitioners and restrain the respondent Nos.5 to 7 and their supporters, workers, constructors, agents, etc., from putting up construction of temple/snstal ideal of hanuman statue in the said public main road traffic obstruction and to remove the obstruction and to remove the obstruction/encroachment by restraining them putting up construction over the public road and for the permanent injunction Annexure-H.
These Writ Petitions coming on for preliminary hearing this day, the Court, made the following:
ORDER There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners when the matter is called. There was no representation on behalf of the petitioners on 19.08.2019, 17.09.2019 and 18.10.2019.
It is noticed that the petitioners are not diligent in prosecuting the proceedings.
In light of the above, petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution.
