Exemption application No.1 of 2019 is allowed.
The petitioner-appellant institution has not been listed as an examination centre for conducting the Inter-High School Board Examination of the year 2019. Learned Single Judge by impugned order dated 11.1.2019, dismissed the writ petition of the appellant in this regard, holding that the institution has only a right to impart education but no right to be an examination centre for the Board examination.
We find no error or illegality in the above reasoning of the Single Judge. The appeal as such lacks merit and is dismissed leaving it open to the appellant to press his representation or objection before the competent authority.
