Respondent This Miscellaneous First Appeal is filed under Section 30 of the Employees Compensation Act, 1955, praying to allow this appeal and: I) Call for the records in ECA.No.41/2015, on the file of I Additional Senior Civil Judge and Commissioner for workmen Compensation, at Mangalore; II) Set aside the Judgment and Decree dated 10.01.2017 passed by the of I Additional Senior Civil Judge and Commissioner for workmen Compensation at Mangalore, in ECA No.41/2015; III) Grant Compensation to the appellants as prayed for in ECA No.41/2015; and IV) Pass such other Order as deemed fit in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.
