J, made the following:-
ORDER Heard.
2. Sri.K.Prasanna Shetty, learned advocate appearing for petitioner submits that petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to 2nd Respondent to consider his representation vide Annexure-G dated 15.12.2018.
3. Sri.V.G.Bhanu Prakash, learned AGA submits that if four weeks’ time is granted, representation made by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.
4. His submission is placed on record.
5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to 2nd Respondent to consider petitioner’s representation vide Annexure-G dated 15.12.2018 within a period of four weeks’ from today.
No costs.
