O R D E R Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the petition.
Petitioner has sought to quash the FIR in Crime No.323/2015 of Hebbagodi Police Station registered for the offences punishable under sections 403, 408, 409, 420 and 405 of Indian Penal Code.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned SPP-II submits that after investigation, charge-sheet is laid against the petitioner and other accused persons for the above offences.
3. In view of the said fact, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition reserving liberty to the petitioner to seek for his discharge on such grounds available under law.
Reserving liberty as prayed for, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
In view of the dismissal of the petition, I.A.No.1/2015 does not survive for consideration and it is also dismissed.
