JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Mr.S.Thanka Sivan, learned Counsel for the petitioners and Mr.M.Arvind Subramaniam, learned Counsel for the 1st respondent.
2. This Original Petition has been filed under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, to set aside the award passed by the 2nd respondent, dated 13.09.2004.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Counsel for the 1st respondent filed a Joint Memo of Compromise dated 14.02.2017 and submit that the Original Petition may be disposed of in terms of the said Joint Memo of Compromise.
4. Accordingly, the Original Petition stands disposed of in terms of the Joint Compromise Memo and the said Joint Memo of Compromise shall form part of the record. No costs.
