THIS CRIMINAL PETITION COMING ON FOR ADMISSION, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER Sri Muralidhar G.S., learned counsel for petitioner.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing the matter for some time, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to file an appropriate application in pursuance of the order dated 11.03.2019 passed by the II Additional Civil Judge & JMFC, Mandya.
3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioner files an application before the jurisdictional Magistrate, the aforesaid Court shall consider the application which may be filed by the petitioner expeditiously and in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is disposed of.
In view of disposal of the main petitions, I.A.No.1/2019 does not survive for consideration. Hence, it is disposed of.
