This Criminal Petition is coming on for Orders, this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER It is seen that on 07.02.2019 and 29.05.2019 six weeks and two weeks time were granted to comply with the office objections respectively. On 06.09.2019, two weeks time was peremptorily granted to comply with the office objections. Though the time was granted, the office objections have not been complied with till today, Hence, the matter is listed specifically today with peremptory order.
2. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, petition stands dismissed.
