ORDER In view of the nature of relief sought for by the petitioners, office objection is ignored.
Heard on the question of admission.
Sri Ajit Kalyan, learned counsel for the petitioners.
Taking into account the order which this Court proposes to pass, it is not necessary to issue notice to respondents.
In these petitions, the petitioners inter alia seek for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider and decide the representation submitted by the petitioners on 09.02.2019 contained in Annexure-F and to register and execute the sale deed for the sites allotted in the name of the petitioners.
2. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners and in the facts of the case, the petitions are disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 – Commissioner, Karnataka Housing Board, Bengaluru, to consider and decide the representation submitted by the petitioners contained in Annexure-F by a speaking order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order passed today.
3. It is made clear that that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case of the petitioners.
Accordingly, writ petitions are disposed of.
