O R D E R After hearing Mr Prakash B S, learned advocate for the writ petitioner, and Mr V G Bhanuprakash, learned additional government advocate, appearing for the respondents, we feel, justice would be sub-served if we dispose of this writ petition, granting liberty to the writ petitioner to make a representation to the Director, Department of Mines and Geology, Bengaluru, by fortnight from today.
2. If such a representation is filed, the Director, Department of Mines and Geology, Bengaluru, shall consider such representation, after giving opportunity of hearing to all persons concerned in the matter and take a decision in the matter.
3. Writ petition stands disposed of.
4. There will be no order as to costs.
