O R D E R Respondent Nos.1(A) to (I) in R.A.No.181/2011 on the file of the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Hassan, have come up in this Writ Petition impugning the interlocutory order dated 11.11.2014 passed on I.A.No.3.
2. When this matter is taken up for consideration this day, the stage of the proceedings in R.A.No.181/2011 is looked into in the e-courts website of Hassan District. On going through the same, it is seen that in R.A.No.181/2011 has already been disposed of on merits by judgment dated 10.11.2016. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition as the same has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
