This petition has been filed for a direction to the Civil Judge (S.D/F.T.C.), Polibhit to decide the Original Suit No. 295 of 2014 (Sri Shivji Maharaj Virajman Mandir & another vs. Asht Kaushal Harigiri and others) expeditiously.
This suit was filed in the year 2014 and issues were framed on 10.08.2018. The trial has commenced.
