ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner asserts and the learned Additional Government Advocate does not dispute that the subject matter of this writ petition is akin to the one in cognate Writ Petition Nos.49556-557/2018 disposed off on 05.11.2018.
2. The petitioner having been similarly circumstanced, has to be given similar benefit and therefore, he is entitled to similar relief especially when on the strength of the interim order he having written the examination, is stated to have passed also.
3. In the above circumstance, this writ petition succeeds; the petitioner is permitted to continue the course if he is otherwise entitled too.
Costs made easy.
