O R D E R This Revision Petition arises out of the impugned judgment and order dated 04th March, 2016 passed by the Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Challakere on IA.No.11 in Original Suit No.47 of 2013 rejecting the application filed by the petitioner-defendant No.3 for rejection of application IA No.11 filed under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
2. It is submitted on behalf of respondent No.1 that the suit, out of which the present Revision Petition arises, has been disposed of on 01st January, 2018 and pursuant to the same, an appeal in RFA No.328 of 2018 is pending before this Court.
3. Accordingly, the present Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
