ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“ … to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the proceedings of the 2nd respondent bearing No.Mktg.16(1)/2013-14/Rabi, dated 20-8-2014 and the consequential proceedings of the 3rd respondent bearing No.Mktg.16(1)/2013- 14/Rabi, dated 22-8-2014 as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and discriminatory and also violative of principles of natural justice and contrary to the doctrines of promissory estoppel and legitimate expectation and consequently direct the respondents not to shift the custom milling paddy from the petitioners’ mills…”
At the hearing, Sri G. Ravi, learned Counsel for appearing for Sri A. Prabhakar Rao, learned Counsel for the petitioners, submitted that as the interim order dated 18-9-2014 worked itself out, no further adjudication of the Writ Petition is necessary.
In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel to the disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP Nos.31656 and 34374 of 2014 are disposed of as infructuous.
