O R D E R Sri Nagarajappa A, the learned counsel for the petitioner.
Sri Vigneshwar S. Shastri, the learned counsel for the respondent No.1.
Smt. M.C. Nagashree, the learned Central Government Counsel for respondent No.2.
2. The petition is admitted for hearing. With the consent of the parties, the same is heard finally.
3. After arguing the matter to some extent, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to submit the representation to the competent authority with regard to his grievance and the competent authority be directed to decide the same in accordance with law.
4. To the above prayer, Sri Vigheshwar S. Shastri has no objection.
5. In view of the submission made and the facts of the case, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner that in case the petitioner submits the representation with regard to the grievance within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today to the competent authority, the competent authority shall consider and decide the representation, which may be submitted by the petitioner, by a speaking order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.
6. Accordingly, petition is disposed of.
