M.Divakar Maddur, HCGP) This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 439 of the Code of the Criminal Procedure Code praying to enlarge the petitioner on bail in Cr.No.188/2018 of Gandasi Police Station, Hassan and in - 2 -
Spl.C.C.No.505/2018 pending on the file of Additional Sessions and Special Judge, Hassan for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 313, 420 and 506 of IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act.
This Criminal Petition coming on for Orders, this day, the Court made the following:
O R D E R After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner for some time, he submits that liberty may be given to the petitioner-accused to file a fresh bail application after examination of the victim.
With the above observation, criminal petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh bail application after examination of the victim.
However, trial Court is directed to expedite the trial expeditiously not later than five months from the receipt of this order.
