3. Learned Addl. SPP appearing for respondent No.1 submits that after investigation charge sheet was laid before the 51st City Civil and Sessions Court in Spl.C.C.No.149/2014. The petitioner was tried in Spl.C.C.No.149/2014 and he has been acquitted on 03.12.2018 of the alleged charges.
4. The submission of the learned Addl. SPP is placed on record.
5. In view of the above facts, nothing further survives for consideration in this petition.
Accordingly, petition is dismissed.
