The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Case No. 1130 of 2011 within a specified time frame. The petitioner is defendant in the suit.
A perusal of order sheet reveals that so far even issues have not been framed, although the written statement was filed long back.
Having regard to the facts of the case and the submissions made, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to make serious endeavour to decide the case expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
