This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to quash the order dtd:27.6.2016 passed by the R-1 at Annexure-E rejecting the memo dtd:27.6.2016 filed by the petitioner at Annexure-D and consequently stay all further proceedings in the case pending on the file of the R-1 till completion of recording of evidence in SPL.CC.No11/2012 on the file of the Special Judge, U.K., Karwar and etc.
This Petition coming on for Preliminary Hearing in ‘B’ group this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER None for the petitioner.

Sri.V.Shivareddy, learned High Court Government Pleader for the respondent No.2.
2. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the respondent No.1 submits that in view of disposal of Spl.C.C.No.11/2012 pending before the Special Judge, Uttar Kannada District on 02.04.2018, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. The aforesaid submission is taken on record.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as infructuous.
