…Respondents This writ petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated 26.07.2018 submitted by the petitioner vide Annexure- and declare the marks secured by the petitioner in Paper-I of Karnataka State Eligibility Text (KSET) for the lecturers Assistant Professors 2017 examinations by not insisting on the mentioning of OMR booklet code and etc., This Writ Petition coming on for Orders, this day, the Court made the following:-
ORDER None for the petitioner.
Taking into account the order which this Court proposes to pass, it is not necessary to issue notice to the respondents.
2. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks for a writ of mandamus directing respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated 26.07.2018 submitted by the petitioner and declare the marks secured by the petitioner in Paper-I of Karnataka State Eligibility Test (KSET) for the Lecturers Assistant Professors 2017 examinations by not insisting on the mentioning of OMR Booklet Code.
3. Accordingly, I deem it appropriate to direct that in case the petitioner submits a fresh representation to the competent authority with regard his grievance, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of the order passed today, the competent authority shall decide the same in accordance with law by a speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of such representation. Ordered accordingly.
4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
