Sri Shahnaz Khan vs Zile Upbhokta San. Forum And ...

High Court Of Judicature at Allahabad|29 June, 2010

JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Rajesh Chandra,J.
During course of the argument learned counsel for the petitioner comes up with the prayer that if this court gives direction to the respondent to decide case no. 273 of 2007 pending before respondent no. 1, within a time bound frame, petitioner may get justice.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner in this respect deserves attention of this court but at the same time as this court is not in a position to ascertain as on today that what is the position of pendency of the matter in the concerned court and in what manner his cause list is moving, it cannot be proper to issue any blanket direction but some direction for early disposal of the suit will be in the ends of justice.
Accordingly, without interfering in the impugned order, this petition is disposed of by giving direction to the concerned court to decide the suit with all expedition at his command without allowing any unwarranted adjournment to either of sides unless it is required for very compelling reason, if possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. With the aforesaid, this petition stands disposed of. Order Date :- 29.6.2010 Sachdeva
