2. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks a writ of certiorari for quashment of preliminary notification dated 15.07.1997 issued by the respondent No.2 insofar as it pertains to the lands of the petitioner situated at Kergalli Village, Jayapura Hobli, Mysuru Taluk and District.
3. For the reasons assigned by this Court in the order dated 26.06.2019 passed in W.P.Nos.47459 to 47461/2018, the impugned notification dated 15.07.1997 is hereby quashed insofar as it pertains to the petitioner.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.

This order shall be read in conjunction with the order dated 11.07.2019 passed in W.P.No.14361/2019.
Accordingly, I.A.1/22 is allowed.
