NAGARAJAPPA, ADVOCATE FOR R2; R3 & R4 ARE SERVED) THESE WRIT PETITIONS ARE FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, PRAYING TO CALL FOR THE ENTIRE RECORDS PERTAINING TO THE CASE OF THE PETITIONERS, TO DIRECT THE R-2, 3 & 4 TO EFFECT/CHANGE THE REVENUE RECORDS SUCH AS E-KHATA IN THE NAME OF THE PETITIOENR IN RESPECT OF SCHEDULE PROPERTY AND ETC., THESE WRIT PETITIONS COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
ORDER Petitioner is seeking a writ of mandamus to direct the Respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4 to issue e-Khata in respect of the petition schedule property, which according to him was purchased by his grand father in the year 1911 and 1926. He would also submit that necessary application in this regard along with relevant documents are already filed with the concerned authorities.
2. If the said application and documents are in order, the same shall be considered by the Respondents 2, 3 and 4 in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With these directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
Learned AGA to file Memo of Appearance within two weeks from today.
